Shipping Title

This setting allows you to use your own custom title for the shipping portion of the "Shipping/Billing" page.

By default it says "Shipping Information".

You may also use this in conjunction with Shipping/Billing Page Title to provide a title for the billing and shipping portions of the page separately.
